Following our work on the House of Innovation (HOI) with Nike we were approached by the same team to collaborate on activation ideas for Mission Control at the Paris store opening—the third in Nike’s international fleet of flagships.
Exclusive to the Paris house and built for the future, Mission Control is 365 experience bringing localised live-feed data from the Nike Training Club (NTC) and Nike Run Club (NRC) apps to life. The installation also informs customers on up to date weather info, air quality, recommended run routes, and other local fitness activities.
Mission Control is a responsive and adaptive digital structure comprising 15 screens built to equip Paris’ athletes with key information to improve their training, as well as encouraging connection within the local and global HOI community. Modular in design and with content scheduling provided by a bespoke CMS, we enabled Nike to initiate content takeovers to support campaign launch moments happening throughout the wider store.
As a centrepiece for the store, our design gave customers a glimpse of the future as we connected Nike’s digital app eco-systems with live-data enhanced athlete information.
