"They say 'you’re only as good as your last job.' I’d counter that with 'consistency is the true mark of a pro' as anyone can get lucky once or twice. The big question is, how do you get lucky, time and time again? It’s about who you collaborate with. It’s about what you expect from the partnership, and what they want from you in return. Here’s a selection of people and projects we got lucky with last year." - Mat Jones, Executive Creative Director
