Creative Session at A&P

Coinciding with Women’s History Month, we hosted a creative session, dedicated to women, at our A&P studio. Wary of creating a box-ticking exercise, we designed this session as the first of a series of open spaces for us to collectively call ourselves to account on bias and unthinking, and contribute to awareness. The session kicked off with an enlightening share from the Strategy team, exploring the origins of the gender gap. The Design team then facilitated a richly inspiring team-wide share of creative women. The session ended with a prompt, for team members to contribute practical ideas to turn these principles into actions, showing up in our growth as individuals, our capabilities as a studio, our co-creations with partners, and our contributions as citizens.

Let’s be conscious - today and every day.

Buy Light. Give Light.

In response to the ongoing and devastating attacks on Ukraine, we are selling our Light Calendar print archive to raise urgent funds for Kyiv Independent. Independent journalists are rapidly adapting their work under the most challenging circumstances and they need support for this difficult and unpredictable task. We are selling this archive of collectable screen prints in recognition that a darker world - one without access to independent journalism and unheard voices in crisis - is no place we should be in today. 100% of sale proceeds will be donated to the Kyiv Independent.

We invite you—our friends, partners and the wider creative community—to contribute, share, and chime in.

2021 Partnerships

"They say 'you’re only as good as your last job.' I’d counter that with 'consistency is the true mark of a pro' as anyone can get lucky once or twice. The big question is, how do you get lucky, time and time again? It’s about who you collaborate with. It’s about what you expect from the partnership, and what they want from you in return. As a B Corp, at A&P we partner with visionaries—people who wanna upset the status quo, people who want to peel the edges of the sticker to see what lies underneath. Here’s a selection of people and projects we got lucky with last year." - Mat Jones, Executive Creative Director
